CONSERVATIVE & RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY
Rebuilding your smile using minimally invasive techniques and safe, highly biocompatible materials to support your whole-body health.
Repair What Needs Help. Preserve What Is Still Strong.
Think of your natural tooth like the original structure of a house. If only one area is damaged, you wouldn’t tear down everything around it.
Whenever clinically appropriate, we take a conservative approach—repairing what is weakened while preserving healthy enamel and natural tooth structure.
We also consider the materials we use, your bite and function, and the long-term health of the tooth, so your restoration is designed for more than just appearance.

Tooth-Colored Fillings
When a tooth needs a smaller repair, we use tooth-colored restorative materials selected with both function and material considerations in mind. Whenever clinically appropriate, we prioritize BPA-conscious options and preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible.
Ceramic Inlays & Onlays
Sometimes a tooth needs more than a filling—but less than a full crown. When appropriate, a ceramic inlay or onlay can rebuild and protect the weakened portion of a tooth while preserving more of its natural structure.
Ceramic Crowns
When a tooth requires greater coverage, our CEREC technology allows us to digitally design and create many ceramic restorations right in our office—often in one visit.
Have Older Silver Amalgam Fillings?
Not every existing filling needs to be replaced.
If an amalgam restoration is failing—or you have personally chosen to replace it—we can evaluate the tooth and discuss the most appropriate options.
When removal is indicated, Natural Focus offers SMART-protocol mercury amalgam removal with additional precautions designed to reduce exposure during the procedure.
Metal-Free Dental Implants
For patients interested in a ceramic alternative to titanium, we offer metal-free dental implant options. Implant recommendations depend on your bone, gum health, bite, medical history, anatomy, and individual treatment goals.
Thoughtful Materials & Treatment Choices
Restorative dentistry isn’t only about repairing a tooth. We also consider what we place in the mouth and how that material fits the individual patient.
Depending on your needs and treatment goals, options may include:
BPA-conscious tooth-colored restorations
Selected when appropriate for conservative repairs.
Metal-free ceramic restorations
Including ceramic inlays, onlays, and crowns.
Ceramic implant options
For patients interested in an alternative to traditional titanium implants.
Thoughtful anesthetic selection
When appropriate, we consider your medical history, procedure, and individual needs when selecting local anesthetic.
